Mountainboarding is a lot of fun, , and you don’t need to be crazy to do it… On the contrary, everyone can learn the basics and with some creative input you can find a challenge in almost any inclined terrain: forest, bmx track, dirt, gravel or tarmac roads, even skateparks.
But a mountainboarder’s natural habitat will always be a well-cut sloping lawn, preferably with some choice features. Therefore, we moved to the south of Belgium, to a little village in the remote countryside of the province of ‘Namur’. The village is called ‘Oignies-en-Thiérache’, and our little piece of mountainboard heaven is named after it: under the ‘Wanyi Park’ button you find out all about it.
